Do you consider yourself a problem solver? If you are in sales, chances are you pride yourself on solving problems for your customers. You may even feel your ability to solve your customers' problems is your competitive differentiator.
None of the 30-somethings and younger I work with are even interested in being mentored. I'm sure there are exceptions out there, but I am disappointed and dismayed to see an invaluable resource for both individuals and businesses fading in importance.
