We know that we need good business acumen, but we also need to have the emotional intelligence that allows us to effectively serve and care for team members. We also need to be competent, and we need to be able to inspire others with a positive vision of the future.
The way I see it, the truth reveals itself uniquely in each human being, which is amazing since there are so many of us. And it also comes through certain groups or subcultures in unique ways that the rest of us can learn from.
As humans we are peaceful and happy by nature, and mindfulness tools are proven techniques for us to learn to manage stress and bring more kindness and purpose into our lives, workplaces and the world around us.
