Last month I had an incredible adventure, marked with a few moments of -- well, "terror" is probably too strong a word. But it's fair to say that I was well out of my comfort zone and nose-to-nose with my own mortality.
Generation Alive stages Something to Eat events two to three times a month. They are so fulfilling. They give kids a chance to say, "We're going to help someone who needs to be helped." That's the greatest thing. These kids show completely selfless love.
While working on our own sincerity, we have to realize that the reality is, we will rarely meet sincere people. We will rarely meet people who will genuinely step out of themselves to attempt to see things from our perspective and act accordingly.
