Innovation is not about heroic deeds of derring-do. "Creativizing" your life simply means adding creativity to ordinary things to make them extraordinary.

Every successful entrepreneur, indeed every successful person, is an innovator. You might be saying to yourself, "Not me, I'll never invent the light bulb. Don't confuse the idea of innovation with the idea of invention.

My strategic plan is all about heart. More than ever, my heart leads and my head follows. I am not saying to stop marketing, stop selling, stop accounting and operations. I am just suggesting you lead from a different place.

Businesses are being forced to adapt to stay on the front lines and so should you! The recession can be a curse on an opportunity -- make it the latter.
