If you're frustrated because you don't know the answer, don't attack the problem on a theoretical level. Instead, first solve the question: What is the thing that's frustrated, the thing that's thinking about it in a frustrating way?
The more we practice seated meditation in our down time, the more lucid and stable our minds become and the more likely it becomes that we'll use it to engage minor annoyances as they occur in our daily lives.
We can all gain enlightenment, become fully actualized, right where we are. We don't need to believe in anything but ourselves. This is the beauty and power of the Son meditative tradition that Son Master Songdam wishes to share with the world.
