Thomas Wilson is one of a handful of remarkable young people working to change the face of HIV. A member of the Young Adult Program at St. Luke's Hospital in NYC, Wilson and his colleagues have responded to cuts in federal funding to their program by launching an ambitious Indiegogo campaign.
Esther Desire and Raphael Louigene had worked at St. Luke's for 12 hours that day, as they had nearly every day for many months: Raphael as the manager of the cholera camp, and Esther one of the technicians providing basic patient care.
