I would rather give the Ugandan women goats. I would rather give them a business that they can grow and sell in their own backyards. This way, they can depend on their own destiny and their own business prowess.

This first set of pictures take place at Restaurant in Charleston South Carolina. We had filmed with Glen Roberts at Anson Mills and wanted to do a dinner that showcased the heirloom grains that are so central to southern cuisine (or at least they used to be).
Lobster, so often seen in fancy restaurants that you forget that it was caught in a trap and sold for under $3 a pound. Or at least that's the case in Maine where arguably the world's best lobsters are caught.
Are your gym socks getting greener? Then it might be time to toss them in the wash. Or maybe -- just maybe -- they're greener because they are part of the burgeoning environmentally-conscious athletic gear industry.
