Texting while driving has become a huge problem in the United States. Texting drivers are 23 times more likely to be in an accident than non-texters and the distractions result in over 900,000 crashes per year, many of them are fatal.
More than older generations, they say that they will sometimes choose to take alternative transportation as a way to help the environment. Will our leaders notice this important trend? You wouldn't know it looking at Congress.
