Things didn't suddenly become perfect when I lost 180 pounds. Yes, I am happier and healthier than I was before my journey started but if you think my life resembles anything like what you see on TV or in the movies you are sadly mistaken.
I'm gonna take a risk right now, and bet on women. I'm going to honor and respect the intelligence of women everywhere by telling you the truth... a truth that's really, really hard for a wellness professional to admit.
I'm sorry because every time you ate something you "shouldn't" or ate more than you "should," I talked about "getting back on the bandwagon." I cringe now every time someone uses that phrase. When did the way we eat become a bandwagon? When did everyone stop eating and become professional dieters?
