Retrofitting cuts home energy use and therefore emissions by up to 40 percent. It makes so much sense, that you would think we would be rolling programs all over the country. So why aren't we?

SUVs are only responsible for a percent or two of North America's carbon footprint. The big carbon culprits are our cities or, more precisely, the buildings in them.
