Nick Demas is a freelance camera assistant who mainly works on movies
and commercials, who also works as a freelance photographer and
cameraman. As such, he has worked with Mihalis Gripiotis, the New York
City based foreign correspondent for Greek Public Television, with
whom he has covered the 2008 Presidential Election, various Greek
diplomatic and cultural events, and most recently, a trip to Cuba to
cover the proposed closing of the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base.
