Twitter Vote Report is a non-partisan, all-volunteer network of software developers, designers, and other collaborators who have teamed up with the award-winning blog techPresident to launch this effort. The idea is to use Twiiter technology to instantly tweet (or mini-blog) Election Day events and experiences at your polling place. Election Day tweeters are working together to monitor their polling sites and tell the world what's going right and what's going wrong.

This sounds totally untrustworthy, like an exit poll, if the point of it is to track how people have "voted." But if it's purpose is to report voting problems, then it may be a useful tool.
The world will watch! Can't trick the camera, can ya. Can't cheat at the box!
