Offir Gutelzon is the CEO and a co-founder of PicScout.

In his previous role as General Manager of PicScout, Offir led the company's development and execution of the leading image recognition solution Image Tracker™. Prior to PicScout, Offir worked with several start-up companies and was involved in the vision and creation of various software and hardware solutions. One of the start-ups was Tundo Telecommunications where Offir held various product marketing and project management positions. Offir served in a key technology unit of the Israel Defense Force and is a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program of IDC Herzliya. Offir spends his free time with his family and scouting for cool websites.
