On this call, Former Mayor Giuliani comments on the aftermath of the 1993 World Trade Center attacks, and the inefficacy of the criminal justice system in dealing with the threat of terrorism. He accuses Obama of wanting to return to a "defensive" approach, whereas he describes McCain as advocating an "offensive" one.
