Oliver Lough joined the New America Foundation as a researcher this fall following a year studying social sciences at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in China, during which time he also worked as sub-editor on a local city magazine. He holds a bachelors degree in Oriental Studies from Oxford University, where he focused on Chinese literature.
