1. Miley Cyrus

Russell Simmons was out getting his leisure on while bike riding with a childhood friend in Battery Park. Although nieces Angela and Vanessa Simmons just launched a sneaker line for Run Athletics, Russell seems to be the real athlete of the Simmons stock.

White may or may not be on to something, but he can say for sure commuting by bicycle produces 0 emissions.

I second the previous comment on helmets--of the famous people here, it's only Bush, Miss Universe, and the mayor (though Brand and Angelina did at least put hemets on their little ones, and Einstein was riding in the pre-helmet days). Then, most of them are also wearing pants with cuffs that'll likely get caught in their gears in they ride much
