Pamela Gerloff, Ed.D., is co-author, with Robert W. Fuller, of Dignity for All: How to Create a World without Rankism (Berrett-Koehler Publishers, 1998). She is a writer, educator, and consultant specializing in transformational change. Known to some as “Possibility Pamela,” her work is simultaneously light-hearted and deep, operating from the premise that profound and positive change can be gentle, graceful, and can occur with ease. She consults with individuals and organizations, helping them in these turbulent times to transform challenging life experiences into meaningful and positive events. Her current focus also includes helping people create a “culture of dignity” wherever they are. Pamela has a longstanding interest in children and their capacity to alter the future by realizing their own potential. Formerly the editor of More Than Money magazine and an associate editor with Highlights for Children, she has also taught classes from middle school through graduate school.
