Get Your Halloween Face on (PHOTOS)

Halloween is hands down my favorite holiday. After all, this is the one time of year it's socially acceptable to wear more makeup than a streetwalker. And chronic procrastinators, take note -- a leotard and tights or a little black dress can be costume enough with the right face paint. Just ask any streetwalker.
