Thru You Vision

Sometimes we are lucky enough to clearly see a new thing begin.

There must be some other history of this sort of thing, and I must be arriving a bit late, but this morning I saw something you must see if you haven't.

Thru You is AMAZING

I'm embedding some of the remixes done into this entry, but you should follow the link above and see it in its own aesthetic.

What Kutiman has done is taken clips from YouTube everywhere and remixed those together into an album with 7 of the best songs I've heard in a long time.

Sampling like this is going to be something we had to remind ourselves didn't exist before. Finding a guy on piano and combining it with the girl singing and bringing together stuff that alone was insignificant. Its like 2 Many DJs on crack.

It's also completely skipping the entire recording industry. This isn't the Grey Album tragedy where a masterpiece is systematically stopped for sampling pop.

Am I overreacting? Check it out.

Use the comments to fill in the history of this album/site and your thoughts on who truly invented this new genre that I'm crediting to Krutiman

01. THE MOTHER OF ALL FUNKCHORDAS

02. THIS IS WHAT IT BECAME

03. IM NEW
