Finally, Bolton's in! And the best part is that now the guy's got a bad memory. So, not only will he kick your ass if you're a country with an office at the United Nations building, but then he'll forget that he did it and do it again! And again and again!

Note to all member countries: The formal "Welcome Aboard" cocktail party this Friday has been switched from voluntary attendance to mandatory attendance. Although, since Mr. Bolton may or may not remember if you were even there, it's up to you whether you want to spend too much time rearranging your schedules. I'd suggest sending a fruit basket.
