Katrina and Gustav: More Of The Same?

God is angry at the Republicans for trying to ruin everything that is good so he is sending a hurricane back to New Orleans to coincide with the RNC. Hopefully God is just sending a warning and all will be well along the coast and we will elect Barack Obama president and put things right with God and his son, Lord Baby Jesus.

I don't care who you're voting for, the response to this hurricane has been terrific. The Republicans can't be faulted here, especially the Governor of Louisianna who has been awesome.

Jindal gets to take the credit for the revised plans drawn up by the Democrat Blanco administration, who inherited the screwed up system that failed from the Republican Foster administration, who decided to cut funds for statewide hurricane preparedness that had been accumulated by the previous Democrat Edwards and Roemer administrations. Once again, Republicans take credit for the planning of Democrats, and the Democrats have to clean up the messes left by Republicans.
