Given that we would never have had the odious George W. Bush in the White House in the first place if it wasn't for your blow jobs, Bill, it seems obvious that you owe it to the people of this country, and especially to the parents whose kids died in the Iraq War that Gore would never have started, and to all the parents whose kids would be killed in the WarFest that would be a McCain/Palin -- sorry, Palin/McCain -- administration to do everything in your power to get Barack Obama elected.
But that's not what you're doing, Bill, and it's not going unnoticed. We see your rage, Bill, it's too huge to hide. We see that -- as Chris Rock so brilliantly pointed out -- it pains you to even speak Obama's name. We see you petulantly rooting against him even as you go through the motions of doing the barest minimum on his behalf to avoid being blamed if he loses.
You're not fooling anyone, Bill. You've gotten so caught up in yesterday that you've stopped thinking about tomorrow. You have the power to influence millions of voters and you're spitefully sitting on it. Surely you've noticed what's going on in the country. Surely you're aware of what's at stake on November 4th. This is not a game that you can afford to take your ball and go home with if you don't get to play the position you want. An Obama loss will most certainly be part of your legacy.
There's still time to fix it. How about this for an October surprise? Bill Clinton gets on the road and spends every day until the election sincerely and wholeheartedly communicating the urgency of electing Obama. You're the greatest politician of your generation, Bill. Surely you can fake enthusiasm for a month.
Oh, and stop talking about how much you like Senator McCain. Have you forgotten the vile joke he told a decade ago at your wife's and daughter's expense? Let me remind you: "Do you know why Chelsea Clinton is so ugly? She's the child of Janet Reno and Hillary Clinton." Are you saying, Bill, that you can forgive McCain for calling Chelsea "ugly" but you can't forgive Obama for defeating Hillary?
If Obama loses a close election -- one in which even one state where you could have made a difference goes for McCain because you sat home and pouted -- it will be on you. We will remember that you couldn't be bothered to rise above your petty resentments for something as trivial as saving your country from the enemies of everything you profess to believe in. We forgave you for Monica, Bill, but we won't forgive you for this.

Everybody must remember that four years of McCain will be enough for Slick Willie. Then Hillary can ride to the rescue with some other dot-com BS as he did in the ninites.
Truer words have not been spoken. Bill does need to forget about his wife's loss, and its very possible that he contributed to her loss and get on with helping the democratic party and the country.
A reminder for those that are not old enough to remember the Viet Nam war, but old McCain turned traitor while a POW. Has everyone forgotten that he made statement to the North Vietnamese
that he had "committed war crimes against the people of VietNam"
We need a real leader that can help restore our country to what it was before Bush to over and screwed it all up. Enough is enough, Bill needs to get off his ass and help out the country. Unless you have served over 30 years in the military, do not tell me that I am not patriotic because I'm reminding you of turn coat- Mccain
I agree with Mr. Slansky, Clinton is probably the greatest politician that has come around in a while but he needs to get over it and help. Again we do not need a traitor to be President of the USA. Look what Coward Bush did to our country.
Actually I think Chelsea has become a very attractive young woman. I don't think its fair to constantly attack Bill Clinton. Here's what part of what he said on Larry King the other night ,"We should be able to like, admire, respect the contributions of people and still vote in another way."
What's wrong with that?
Remember the Bill Clinton campaign theme song was 'Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow."
Clearly he has.
I've about had it with Bill and his love for liar head McCain. I used to respect Bill a lot but just can't tolerate any more of his honeymoon with the repubs.
Keep blaming Clinton for the rigged election. Throw Nader in there too. Because obviously it's not the fault of the people who rigged the elections!
When there's a fox in the henhouse, you obviously don't blame the fox, or try to get him out.
You can't be serious? Thanks to the BS of the Clintons during the primary, the Republicans now have talking points.
We are not worried about the "fox in the hen house." When clearly the snakes have already done the damage.
OMG - in a primary, one candidate said things about another. LOL. Have you ever been involved in an election before? And BTW - the talking points about Obama are obvious, as they are about McCain. I'm all for Obama but have had it with the C linton bashing.
Remember - the Repugs are the enemy.
BILL IS A REPUB TOOL NOW!
HE IS SO JEALOUS OF BARACK IT AIN'T EVEN TRUE
"HEY BILL, GREEN IS NOT YOUR COLOR"
If Obama wins in November, it'll be Bill Clinton who?
We don't need Bill to campaign for Obama; we need Bill Clinton to declare openly that he wishes McCain to win.
Right Matthew.
Who says we have forgiven Bill for Monica? Paul, your description in the first paragraphs of all that Bill's slippery zipper caused--up to and including this Iraq War makes it hard to understand how we can "forgive" him Monica. No, we all don't forgive Monicagate, and by God, if Bill the Bitcher continues to dump on Obama, we won't forgive that--or forget. Unfortunately, it may well be his wife who will ultmately get the kicks for it. More and more, Bill Clinton's arrogant self-absorbption and love for Bill, Bill, Bill becomes apparent. I used to admire the SOB, even accepting that he was an SOB. Not now, not never again, damn him, damn him to Hell.
I second that!
roflmao.
I can just visualize your fist pumping the air. lol.
thanks.
Honey, take a Xanax and give it a rest.
Bill Clinton is a flawed, though intelligent man. But, he isn't running for office. Also, at the end of the day his influence over the voters in THIS election is limited.
I could give a crap what Bill Clinton does or thinks with respect to this election. I am glad he's involved with his public speaking and charities, and beyond that I do not care one bit about him.
YOUR focus, and the focus of others who would like to see Obama get elected to office needs to be on OBAMA, not Bill Clinton. I have never seen so much wasted and misdirected energy in my life--imagine if you channeled all this passion into getting Obama elected??
It's something for you to think about...and you know I am right.
An Obama win signals the end of the Clinton influence. It's sure to have an effect on Bill Clinton's pocket book. End of story.
If you consider what he has stolen from the youth of this country, you could almost cry. To have his own daughter travelling up and down this country, receiving questions about his vows to his own wife -- what a disgrace. I'm not sure why anyone would listen to one single word he has to say.
Did you see how Chelsey handled herself during Hillary's campaign? She was raised well and is doing well.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REbD19UNCmo
I don't think you know what you are talking about.
Chelsey will be just fine, thanks to her parents insider advantage. remember, her first job, fresh out of college, started with 6 figure income. So, I'm not worried about Chelsey or any other millionaires child. It's my children, I'm worried about. And, leveling the playing field for everyone.
Think again.
Couldn't agree with you more.
He's green with envy and red with rage.
Hillary would have won if not for Obama. No one could have beaten him, he is that good. But Bill needs to get over it and get back in the game. Hearing him praise Palin and McCain makes me barf. Seriously, Bill.
I agree with the article addressing Bill Clinton's petulance over Hillary's loss. If he cannot campaign all out for Obama - get the hell out of the campaign. He is doing more damage with his fawning over McCain than any good he could provide. Hillary is whoeheartedly stumping for Obama - what is Bill's problem? His total endorsement of Obama would certainly help sway the voters - it would seem that he is attempting to tank Obama. What is he hoping for - that McCain will be the next president and perform as has Bush and then Hillary can win in the next election? That is nonsense. Bill needs to put the country first and his angry to rest.- or he can be known as the Clinton who saw to it that McCain is the next president.
Of course Clinton is trying to unseat Obama as the DNC nominee. The Clintons were supposed to win the nomination and the White House-controlled GOP was supposed to flood the Republican side with candidates, divide the votes, alienate the Christian right and take a dive in this election. Obama screwed up the plan. Even though McCain overcame a tremendous deficit to get where he is, he wouldn't stand a chance against Hillary, given there would be no divided Democratic base and the White House would be working to undermine McCain's base.
Notice the war between McCain and Bush and you will see how McCain has undermined the efforts of the Bush-Clinton regime to maintain control of the White House ... and the military's role overseas, especially in the Middle East. Notice how McCain pandered to the powers that be by proclaiming he would keep U.S. troops in the Middle East indefinitely.
The media has missed a LOT in this and previous campaigns. And with the fall of the financial system, caused by Bush and the Fed working together to defeat ALL 50 STATES' efforts to prevent it (See http://www.thetruthaboutterror.org/blog/ and read Eliot Spitzer's expose), I expect the media to continue missing the boat and being surprised at the course of expected events.
^What he just stated X 2. ^
The Clintons are working together with the Bushes to control this election. Obama threw everyone for a loop and forced an unholy alliance between the Bush-Clinton dynasty and McCain. In fact, if Hillary had won the nomination, she would've defeated anyone else hands down, including McCain. To this day, i don't think the White House will be turned over to anyone except the Clintons. Too much is at stake.
My past predictions have come true constantly because I know the history and I see the political machinations occurring to create a path for future objectives. I'm not predicting Hillary in the Oval Office. I'm just saying what I've seen and what it makes me think I will see. The media has failed miserably in noticing what's gone on and is going on. That's why they gasp to see the Clintons undermining the Obama campaign. That's why the media couldn't understand why the White House came out in support of Hillary LAST YEAR when McCain would drowning in a sea of flooded contention for the GOP nomination. That flood was deliberately caused by the White House-controlled GOP.
Today, we see the White House reluctantly trying to salvage McCain's campaign that he deliberately sabotaged with Sarah Palin. Notice that he didn't tell anyone nor provide a heads up to his own campaign. Notice Joseph Lieberman was told by Karl Rove to decline the expected McCain tap. The White House has a TON of top "advisors" all over McCain's campaign.
America's elections of presidents have fallen on the single issue of foreign policy, though everyone talks about the economy and health care as we head down the stretch. Nevertheless, check out the presidents and their foreign policy decisions. You will see a remarkably consistent policy of aggression and expansion of American power.
And the powers that be behind the popularity votes are the powers that have long sought to extend the Bush-Clinton dynasty to from 28 to 36 years. Keep in mind that Bush (41) was a VERY active VP under Reagan, handling the foreign powers decisions of our nation and appointed to head Reagan's "Counter Terrorism task Force."
Bush (41) was a CIA chief, as is the current SecDef (Gates) and his No. 2 guy. The former Director of National Intelligence (Negroponte) stepped down from the office created by Bush (43) and took over the No. 2 spot in the State Dept. Why? Stop asking that question before you get all the pieces. Putting them all together helps display the answers. Secret Ops are put into place controlling the White House, Defense Dept and State Dept.
Is that a coincidence? Is it natural? Is there historical precedent?
So, you say that all of this is conspiracy theory? I say it is simply facts taken in the context of knowing foreign policy history and objectives.
Well, Big Dog can forget about any support from blacks for Hill when she attempts to run again for the Senate OR president ... I can only hope that a qualified candidate from NY will be introduced to run against her.
Clinton's odious performance on Jon Stewart, at this time, praising McCain for his help during the Bosnian crises etc., was despicable. He really knows how to stick the shiv in doesn't he?
I can only hope Obama tells him NO THANKS, we don't need Quislings like you to campaign for us.
God only knows what the fulsome, patronizing Clinton would say .....
What poor, rotten losers the Clintons are! First, he's still MAD that he didn't get away with his brazen lies during his miserable term in office but now, he won't cencede graciously to Obama ,who beat the Clinton juggernaut fair and square. It WAS Clinton who smugly stated that ONLY she and McCain were qualified to be president, insulting and dehumanizing Obama.
The Clinton slime machine Obama can do without and ,,, don't pay her campaign debts, Barack.
The Clintons don't have any class or dignity, they're shameless and always were.
Then you'll probably want them to disown their Denver speeches, have their donors stop contributing to O (and have future fundraisers cancelled) and have HRC stop travelling around the country for Obama - right? The only rotten thing I see are the O supporters who never miss an opportunity to show how to win graciously. Yes - you're showing class and dignity in your post. I've learned so much.
P.S. When Biden and O have praised McSame - did you think they were despicable too?
