Excuse Me, but Has Anyone Noticed?

Sen. McCain does not seem to be able to manage his own nominee for Vice President. He does not seem to be able to manage his own campaign. Why would he think that these manifest failures mean that he can manage the nation? why would I? why would the American voter?

Sen. McCain did not know his own wife was a pilot. He did not know she was adopting a child. He did not know she was a drug addict. Deniability is no substitute for responsibility. Why would he think that his habitual lack of awareness qualifies him to be President? why would I? why would the American voter?

Sen. McCain gets his information from lobbyist. His campaign is filled with these lobbyist and with the same campaign ideology that brought us the failed presidency of George W. Bush. Why would he think that his choice of friends and staff recommends his claim on the Presidency? why would I? why would the American voter?

The only explanation possible is that Sen. McCain, lacking the skills required to manage the Executive branch, will turn the management of the Executive branch over to the same people who are running and ruining his campaign ... the same people who have been running and ruining this country for eight long years. Bad idea, Sen. McCain. We've noticed.
