Considering a list of Super Bowl-appropriate fare could be lifted from any Irish Pub menu, it's not the most gluten-free friendly of events. Between the beer, the fried wings and the floury quesadillas, you'd be lucky to make it to halftime without chewing your arm off, regardless of which team was losing.
Since eating salad and Kind bars might get you even more flack than cheering for the wrong team, I've put together some gluten-free Super Bowl options that are simple to make at home, and won't bother the more "traditional" guests shot-gunning beers in the corner.
Here are some recipes that are fitting for the big game and that will please all the gluten-intolerant people on your couch.
