Back in 2010 LadyM Presents was born from a love of fashion and a desire to give a platform to up and coming designers to get their work out in the online world.

An online fashion magazine that also covers beauty stories, boutiques that we love and lifestyle aspects. As the LadyM behind the LadyM Presents brand, I work in the fresh produce industry by day and write and dream about fashion by night.

I live for the moment and make the most of everything life brings, my favourite feeling of “when the lights go down on the catwalk and the music starts up, you can feel the buzz of anticipation”.

I focus on high quality profiles and coverage of budding fashion designers, beauty brands and lifestyle features.

Following fashion weeks from around the world, I have covered London Fashion Week for BBC Radio Kent, LFW Sponsor LG Electronics and travelled to New Zealand Fashion Week to see fashions from around the world.

As well as writing about fashion and style I will be the BBC Radio Kent Fashion Correspondent this summer and previously acted as a judge for the Alfa Romeo Young Designer of the Year award in association with St Andrews University. It's all about budding talent!

We like to have a little banter in our office on a regular basis. Recently we have been admiring the male colleagues fashion. The fruit industry is quite a male dominated one but the doesn't mean that there aren't dapper chaps; the guys in our office seem to be able...

The shops are full of Spring/Summer collections. Much to our annoyance at the moment as it's more cardi and boots weather. But I dream of maxi dress and wedges time; shorts and a breton tee. Come on sunshine. But if you're pregnant at this time of the year; how do...

Parisian Dream; My French Double Life

(0) Comments | Posted March 31, 2013 | 10:42 AM

I often think I should have been born in a different era. In 1920's Paris or a little town in the French countryside. I would have been the young woman running the village bar; although I guess maybe at that stage young women weren't really seen in a bar; let...

I don't often make New Years resolutions. I find that they tend to get lost in every day life by about March. Always good intentions, never seen through.

At the beginning of the year I got an email from MyDaily, asking about my New Year Style resolutions. Now those...

Rainbow Brights - How to Wear the Coloured Trousers Trend

(0) Comments | Posted November 19, 2012 | 3:59 PM

Every week I talk Fashion for BBC Radio Kent. The topic for this week fashion slot comes from an ongoing conversation on Twitter about #redtrousers.

A member of the Tunbridge Wells Twitterati (MrCRTW) loves his red trousers. I tend to disagree with his penchant for them. It's not because they...

September is my favourite month. Not because it's the end of summer and the nights are drawing in. Not because the kids go back to school but mainly due to it being Fashion Month. The big hefty 1kg+ fashion magazines land on my door step (too big to go through...

I'm the first to admit that style is not always about high fashion. As a lover of sourcing outfits from around the world, one of the most untapped sources is actually the supermarket.

From the year 2000 onwards French hypermarkets were a wealth of offers and I remember buying a...
