Rachel Natelson is the Legal Director of the Service Women's Action Network (SWAN). She formerly developed and presided over the Veterans and Servicemembers Project at the Urban Justice Center in New York City, and served as a staff attorney at the National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty.

Natelson received her bachelor’s degree from Yale University and her law degree from New York University School of Law.
