NYC seems to be a fountain of startup talent. Zev and I have been incredibly lucky to be invited to speak with so many great companies. On our next stop, we pay a visit to one of New York City's hottest startups -- Shelby.TV. Reece Pacheco a recent graduate of TechStars is the CEO and founder of Shelby.TV.

When I asked Reece what is Shelby.TV, he said with a smile "it's the most amazing way to discover and enjoy video."

Apart from what Shelby.TV does for a living is the culture of the company. And culture is a very serious topic for this young CEO. Reece does not have one single employee -- each and every person that works at Shelby.TV is part of the team.

Additionally, Reece is incredibly conscience of creating a great work environment. He briefly reminisces of his days in a cramped apartment, to better offices at TechStars and finally to the new Shelby.TV HQ. The home office has a ping-pong table, plenty of natural light, a TV, shower and beer. Oh, did I forget to mention that they are hiring -- silly me.

Well, I have written for too long, so let's get to our conversation with Reece.
