Rebecca Lichtenfeld is the Special Projects Coordinator at WITNESS (http://www.witness.org). She is a human rights advocate and musician. Rebecca has worked on projects in both activism and the arts in the United States, Latin America and Asia since graduating from Wesleyan University. She spent three years at the International Center for Transitional Justice where she assisted countries pursuing accountability for past mass atrocity. Most recently, she helped put together (and performs on) the CD For The Lady, which includes artists such as Peter Gabriel, Paul McCartney and Ani DiFranco, and is raising awareness for imprisoned Nobel laureate Aung San Suu Kyi.
