Rebecca Shoval is the cook and office manager for Fertile Grounds, a new organic farm in rural Northeastern Pennsylvania. Fertile Grounds operates as a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Farm, in which people buy memberships before the season begins in exchange for a weekly share of farm produce.

Rebecca has spent the past few years working as a cook and caterer and blogging about food and travel. A graduate of the Chef's Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health and Culinary Arts, she loves trying new foods and making even the basics from scratch.
