Reid Levin
Reid is an East Coaster by birth and a Southern Californian by choice. He's a self-proclaimed burrito connoisseur and all around food lover. You'll either find him in the ocean, smelling up a kitchen, or reading about one of the two.
Since moving to California years ago, he has consulted at a number of places, including the International Surfing Association in La Jolla, California, where he coordinated and organized world-class surf contests in locations around the world. He helped The Inertia, a leading digital surf publication, come to prominence in the surf industry by driving organic, outsized traffic through all social media platforms and writing/editing feature articles and commentary with some of the largest influencers in the space – including Kelly Slater, Gerry Lopez, Rob Machado, Jim Moriarty, etc. Reid has also consulted for other small businesses, mostly in the Los Angeles area, in social media and editorial capacities.
He is currently based in Venice, California, where his passions extend beyond the surfing and editorial worlds. You may find him taking pictures with some old film camera, daydreaming about sailing around the world or the English bulldog he doesn't own...yet. Reid can be reached at
