Mel White is a co-founder of Soulforce. For 30 years he served the evangelical Christian community as a pastor, seminary professor, filmmaker and television producer. He ghostwrote biography and history for many influential evangelical leaders leaders. In his own autobiography White describes his 35 year battle to accept his homosexual orientation. Over the past 25 years Rev. White has traveled across the country confronting religious leaders for their anti-gay rhetoric and leading people of faith in social justice.
