As pessoas muitas vezes pensam que quando você pede desculpas demonstra fraqueza, quando na verdade é exatamente o contrário. Desculpar-se exige uma grande dose de força. Admitir que você errou demonstra coragem. A autoridade não é enfraquecida por um pedido de perdão. É intensificada.
