Rev. Séamus P. Finn, OMI has been a member of the Justice/Peace and Integrity of Creation Ministry team of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate since 1986. The office supports the work of the congregation especially the JPIC dimension and is also responsible for the Faith Consistent Investment/Socially Responsible Investment program both for the United States and for the congregation.

He represents the Oblates on the executive committee of the International Interfaith Investment Group. Fr. Séamus believes that the active integration of the faith and values of the religious community into their advocacy efforts in the public sector, with corporations where the Oblates are shareholders and into their financial investment decisions can be a leaven for promoting sustainable human communities and more responsible corporations.

Visiting many of the places where Oblates work across the US and the world, Séamus works to create, explore and develop opportunities and resources through which the OMI JPIC office, in collaboration with many faith based and civil society partners, can support change that promotes justice and development.
