Rex Flexibility is the world’s foremost champion of workplace flexibility. He gives voice to the millions of people employed in traditional, rigidly structured workplaces. The working mothers who can’t make it home for dinner with their children. Overworked fathers left with too little time to care for aging grandparents. Young people struggling to fit in work while finishing the schooling they need to succeed. Older people who want to stay in the workforce past retirement but can’t commit to a full-time schedule. Business leaders who lose their best talent because they don’t have the tools to make their workplaces flexible.

Rex believes in giving employees more flexibility over when, where, and how they work. He celebrates businesses that make workplace flexibility a standard, not an alternative. He thinks that all days should be expanded to at least 27 hours.

Most of all, he believes that by working together, we can find ways to make workplaces work for businesses and employees alike.
