Rhonda Britten - Emmy Award-winner, Repeat Oprah guest, Tedx speaker – has devoted her life to one thing: to teach you how to master fear.

Whether that’s a fear of rejection or loss; fear of failure or success; fear of abandonment or pain, Rhonda has created a method for anyone anywhere to master the invisible, insidious fear we all have of ‘not being good enough.’
What she teaches is what she’s lived.

After witnessing the murder-suicide of her parents at the tender age of 14, Rhonda went into a twenty-year spiral of self-doubt, blame and addiction. When she woke up very much alive after her third suicide attempt, she knew she had to find another way. What she discovered is a pathway to freedom that cuts through the silent, secret fears every human being carries. Her simple yet life-altering method is called Fearless Living.

She has changed lives in over 600 episodes of reality television, was the first Life Coach on television in the world and named "America's Favorite Life Coach" by TV Guide. She is the author of four bestsellers including her worldwide hit “Fearless Living,” translated in over 15 languages, and is the founder of the Fearless Living Institute and creator of Fearless Living Training Program.

Feel Better Fast: Fearless Living Boot Camp, Day 27 (VIDEO)

(1) Comments | Posted October 6, 2012 | 10:28 AM

Sometimes you gotta get over your feelings to get on with your life. Here's a life-changing exercise that will help you get over it and get on with it.

Watch this three-minute Fearless Living Boot Camp video to get on with things and move forward toward success:

Feelings. Whether we like it or not, admit it or not, THEY RUN OUR LIVES. I hate that. Yet, unless we know it, we can't do anything about it.

See, unless you are AWARE of how you feel, you can't choose something different. And choose something different you must. When your feelings aren't supporting where you want to go, you must be willing to put them aside and MOVE FORWARD.

Today is all about a word you may have heard, but may not know how to act on: intention. I'm going to tell you how to act on it, because unless you have an INTENTION, your life may feel like it's constantly going in one direction and then flitting around and going another. In fact, you may not feel like you have any control at all. This is exactly the reason you must become an expert at intention.

Intention matters. Intention is what you CHOOSE to focus on in any particular day. Think of having an intention as something more than just goal-setting -- because it is. Your intention must be the thing that drives your day.

Your intention for the day might be:
I will am willing to practice being healthy in all that I say and do.

Or it might be:
I am willing to practice loving myself in every situation.

Or it could be:
I am willing to be see a friendly universe.

Notice how I wrote my intention statements: "I am willing to...".

Your Boot Camp challenge for the day is: Claim what it is that you are willing to do.

Using intentions in this way will radically change your life. I know it. I've lived it. And I've seen it work for my clients over and over again.

So: What's your intention today?

Go ahead and write it down and share it with me at www.socialworkout.com/fearlessliving. And of course, come back at the end of the day and tell me how it was for you. I can't wait to hear.

I love this stuff, don't you? This exercise is going to be so great for your life.

YAHOOOOO! Let's do this!

After you've watched today's video, go on over to www.socialworkout.com/fearlessliving and give yourself some Fearless Living points. Is living with intention a Stretch, Risk or Die for you? Add up those fearless points, because soon you could WIN!

You could win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program. And of course, you'll receive the best gift of all: BECOMING FEARLESS!

Fearless Living Boot Camp, Day 21 (VIDEO)

(0) Comments | Posted September 30, 2012 | 10:43 AM

What makes you smile when OTHER people do it... but not necessarily you?

Watch this one-minute Fearless Living Boot Camp video to find out what you can do to make your day a little happier right now.

When I was 14, I thought I would grow up to become a singer. And then something happened. My parents died and I didn't want to be happy anymore so I refused to sing a note.

Later, when I found myself humming in the shower and singing along to the car radio, I knew happiness had a fighting chance.

You can't help but be happy when you sing. Come on. You know it's true.

My sister Linda -- God love her -- loves to sing. But she can't stay on key no matter how hard she tries.

Why is my sister one of the bravest people I know? She has always let her off-key voice be heard. Bring her to a karaoke bar and she's the first one up on stage. For friends' birthday parties, anniversary dinners and anything else you can think of, you can find my sister and her four equally off-key friends singing parodies (with choreography, natch) entertaining the guests.

The one talent she doesn't have -- singing -- is the very thing she does almost every day. Why? Because she loves it. Singing makes her happy. It can do the same for you. It is like a mini-meditation in and of itself.

So there you have it -- your Day 21 challenge. Yes, it's your job to sing today. You don't have to start a sing-a-long or volunteer to sing solo at church (unless you want to?). But you must, absolutely must, have your voice heard -- preferably in song!

Give this gift to yourself. I know you might feel silly or stupid, but who cares. YOU ARE ALIVE. Come on. Sing it! Shout it to the world with a little background music.

Remember to give yourself some Fearless Living points just for giving yourself permission to do something that is fun and puts a smile on your face. Yes, after you've watched today's video, go on over to socialworkout.com/fearlessliving and give yourself some points. Is singing your way through the day a Stretch, Risk or Die for you? Add up those fearless points, because soon you could WIN!

You could win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program. And of course, you'll receive the best gift of all: BECOMING FEARLESS!

I've done it now. I've done my DIE. This is it.

Watch this two-minute Fearless Living Boot Camp video and find out what my D-I-E is. Gulp! And be kind. Remember, this is my Die. So no judgment please....

It's time to deal with the elephant in the room, isn't it?

What do you carry with you everywhere that much of the time, you frankly hate? Or at least don't like very much?

It's something you are often trying to change, manipulate, or ignore. If someone compliments it, you brush it off. If someone mentions any part of it on Facebook, you might be offended (or secretly happy). Yep. It's your b-o-d-y.

Our bodies bring up STUFF. Stuff that stops us from believing someone really could love us, or trusting that that hunk does want to date us and can see our beauty even when we have no makeup on.

Today's challenge is all about loving your body.

Can you look in the mirror without cringing? Can you tell your body that it is magnificent? Can you appreciate all that your amazingly wonderful body does for you?

It's time to Stretch, Risk and Die when it comes to your opinion about one of the most precious things you have: your body.

Time to own it. Time to maybe even start loving it. Definitely, you can be grateful and appreciate it. Do it now. I need the company, because this one is a DIE for me.

Ten fearless days to go! Keep counting up those points, so you can WIN! Go to socialworkout.com/fearlessliving and give yourself some points. Is being naked with your body a Stretch, Risk or Die for you? Add up those points, because soon you could WIN!

You could win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program. And of course, you'll receive the best gift of all: BECOMING FEARLESS!

Fearless Living Boot Camp, Day 16: Say No to Fear! (VIDEO)

(0) Comments | Posted September 25, 2012 | 8:10 AM

It's Day 16 of Fearless Living Boot Camp!

Watch this two-minute Fearless Living Boot Camp video and discover the words you need to memorize for when you are finally ready to say, "Bye-bye, fear" while being polite at the same time.

Knowing you should be saying no to fear is waaaaay different from actually having the courage to spit those words out of your mouth, out loud, for all the world to hear.

Because when you decide, so boldly, to say no to fear keeping you stuck and stopped ever again, aside from the exhilaration you will feel, you might also feel the "How can I keep it up?" dread or the "What have I done?" worry or the "Who do I think I am?" insecurity.

Because that's how good fear is at keeping you stuck. It knows EXACTLY what to say to you to cause you to hesitate, to second-guess yourself, to stop you in your freedom-loving tracks.

Fear doesn't want you to do whatever you want, whenever you want to. It wants you to stay safe and it will use whatever means necessary -- especially words, feelings and thoughts that will make you break promises to yourself and cause you to doubt your ability to change your life.

DO NOT LISTEN.

The words you must memorize are the following: "No thank you, fear. This is my life. I got it." We all need acknowledgement right? So does fear. So tell it as clear as day: "NO THANK YOU." You can't be any more polite than that.

Saying "No thank you, fear" also lets fear know that YOU SEE IT and it can no longer TRICK YOU. Nope. Not you. You see fear trying to slip in as doubt and worry, procrastination and anxiety. And you will not listen. You will not act on its false concerns. IT IS YOUR LIFE. AND YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.

You see, what saying no to fear is really about is having the deep willingness to trust yourself. I know it's scary to do if you haven't been listening to yourself in a while. Yet, practicing trusting yourself is necessary.

But before you can act on your own behalf and act from that place of trust, you must let fear know that YOU are the one who runs your life. Not fear. YOU.

Say NO to fear all day today. Feel the exhilaration of owning your life fully. Do not let fear trick you into thinking you aren't good enough. OH NO. You say, "NO THANK YOU, FEAR" loud and clear. And watch what happens.

It's time to get fearless and own it by saying, "No thank you, fear."

We're halfway through Boot Camp, so you know what to do. Go to socialworkout.com/fearlessliving and give yourself some points. Is saying no to fear a Stretch, Risk or Die for you? Add up those points because soon you could WIN!

Win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program. And of course, you'll receive the best gift of all: BECOMING FEARLESS!

Fearless Living Boot Camp, Day 15 (VIDEO)

(0) Comments | Posted September 24, 2012 | 9:12 AM

I love "new." New ideas. New connections. New careers. New loves.

Watch today's short Fearless Living Boot Camp video and find out what Marines, a museum and this challenge have to do with each other.

Marines are always going into new territories. They are well-trained, well-armed and well-prepared mentally. You need to be the same.

Getting into the habit of exploring new areas, new interests, new possibilities and keeping your mind open to the new experiences that come your way will train your brain to be more flexible, more resourceful and better able to handle stress with ease.

Your job today: Try something new. Something you've never done.

Your willingness to try new things is the only surefire indicator that you're ready to start igniting your imagination and start thinking and doing things that are outside your comfort zone. (Why do you think it's so hard to think of Stretches, Risks and Dies sometimes? Because if you aren't used to thinking a certain way, that way of thinking is beyond your reach UNLESS you are priming the pump on a regular basis and trying something new.)

Without your being open to newness, your life can't change -- even for the better.

Someone who isn't afraid of new experiences will automatically feel comfortable no matter where he is, no matter where he goes, no matter who he's with. Being excited to try something new is also magnetic to others. People want to be around fresh, new and hot.

So go ahead: Try out that new 99-cent hot coral lipstick, or a new 99-cent song on iTunes. "New" doesn't have to cost a lot, but it does guarantee priceless benefits that are incalculable to your self-esteem, self-worth and self-confidence.

Bottom line: You show me someone who isn't afraid to try something new, and I will show you a person who will be successful no matter what.

We are halfway there! We are on Day 15 of Boot Camp, so by now, you know what to do. Go to socialworkout.com/fearlessliving and give yourself some points. What did you try that was new today, never before done? Was it a Stretch, Risk or Die for you? Grab those points, because I want you to WIN.

You could win my bestselling book, Fearless Living, or you could win THREE private one-on-one sessions with me, or my kick-butt Fearless Living Training Program. And of course, you'll receive the best gift of all: BECOMING FEARLESS!

If you are new to this blog and to the Fearless Living Boot Camp, it's not too late to enlist. To join the Boot Camp and log your fearless activity, use the Social Workout-powered widget just below. If you're a Facebook member, simply click the "Connect" button. To sign up with your email, cheer on your fellow enlistees, and see all the inspiring commentary, go to the Boot Camp homepage!

If you know anyone who could use a push to try something new, please share this blog with them. And please share this with your Facebook friends, Twitter followers and family. The less afraid we are to try new things, the more we can become who we are meant to be.

Let's get Fearless!
