In any case, it comes down to this; Paris didn't have any one by the "kahonas" and Scooter did. If Paris had any dirt on Ahnold, I can't imagine she would have spent 23 days in a cell. Scooter however probably has evidence that two of the most powerful men in the world outed a covert CIA spy (among other things). Not only did these men out a Company employee but W's dad used to be head of the CIA. No, I don't foresee Mr. Scooter spending any time in a jail cell. And come to think of it, I've never seen an administration leave office to have a succeeding administration press charges against them.
