Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked for Leesfield Leighton & Partners in Miami, FL where he drafted complaints, discovery motions, demand letters and mediation briefs. His liberal arts background and early hands on experience with litigation matters provide him with the knowledge and skills that are needed to be successful in the most complex of litigation disputes.
