Richard “Skip” Bronson is Chairman and Co-founder of U.S. Digital Gaming (USDG), which enables key operators and states to provide legally compliant, responsible, online gaming in the U.S. USDG combines technological expertise with longstanding relationships in government affairs and gaming entitlement, ensuring the highest level of probity and state compliance.

Mr. Bronson served with Steve Wynn as one of two inside directors of Mirage Resorts (NYSE) until the company was sold in 2000. He was President of New City Development, an affiliate of Mirage Resorts, where he oversaw many of the company's new business initiatives and activities outside Nevada including spearheading the development of Renaissance Point in Atlantic City, NJ, which required the conversion of a former landfill in the city's Marina District. Today, the area is a 150-acre tract of pristine land upon which Boyd Gaming and MGM/Mirage have opened The Borgata, a $1.2 billion resort hotel. Significant additional development is planned for Renaissance Point.

Mr. Bronson’s latest venture, Paragon/Bronson Gaming, an entity with over $500 million in casino assets currently owned and operated byrelated affiliates, is a company that specializes in the acquisition and restructuring of small to mid-sized local gaming properties. Mr. Bronson's in-depth knowledge of markets outside of Las Vegas has placed Paragon/Bronson at the forefront of this burgeoning sector of the casino industry.

During the past thirty five years, Mr. Bronson, CEO of The Bronson Companies, LLC, has been involved in the development of more than 100 shopping centers and office buildings throughout the nation and has created joint ventures with some of the nation's largest developers. Among Mr. Bronson's East Coast accomplishments was the development of CityPlace, the largest mixed-use office tower in Connecticut. Mr. Bronson was a co-developer of this landmark project in downtown Hartford, designed to revitalize an area that was lacking in high-quality office and retail space. CityPlace is one of the largest development projects in New England. At 1.2 million square feet and 38 stories, CityPlace remains the largest and tallest office building in the state of Connecticut.

Mr. Bronson is also the founder and president of Native American Empowerment, LLC. NAE is a private company dedicated to monitoring, advocating and pursuing Native American gaming opportunities and tribal economic advancement. The company was a partner in Casino San Pablo located in the East Bay, 20 minutes from San Francisco.

He was a founding partner of Monitor Productions, a joint venture with Main Events, the successful sports promotion company that together developed the early careers of some of the country's most well-known boxers, including all the boxing gold-medal winners at the 1984 Olympics: Mark Breland, Pernell Whitaker, Meldrick Taylor and bronze medal winner and former heavyweight champion Evander Holyfield. This group went on to become the most successful stable of professional boxers in the history of the sport. Main Events/Monitor Productions promoted the 1991 "Battle of the Ages," featuring Evander Holyfield and George Forman, which grossed over $80 million worldwide and at the time set a pay-per-view record.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bronson's professional and business activities have been complemented by community and civic involvement. He has served on the boards of trustees of numerous organizations including the Forman School in Litchfield, Connecticut and Mt. Sinai Hospital in Hartford. He also served on the Board and as President of both the Tumble Brook Country Club and The Hartford Club which, dating back to 1873, is one of the oldest city clubs in America. Currently Mr. Bronson is on the Board of the Neurosurgery Division at UCLA Medical Center and he is a past Chairman of the Board of the Archer School for Girls in Los Angeles. He is a member of the Thoroughbred Owners of California and a member of the Western Real Estate Business Editorial board. Mr. Bronson also served as Vice President of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), an association representing 50,000 industry professionals in more than 80 countries. He has spoken throughout the United States on real estate development strategies.
