Whether you stick to the pictureseque streets of theBergen, a UNESCO World Heritage City, or embark on a cruise through the country's iconic fjords, spending even a few days in Western Norway will transport you to another world entirely. This is a place of cold winds, mountainous views and distant horizons. Europe, it turns out, also has a wild west.
