Robin Baker, senior policy analyst and director of the health project at the Bell Policy Center in Denver, has more than 16 years of experience conducting applied research and analyses.

At the Bell, Robin focuses on health and human services, fiscal policy and system interactions. Before coming to the Bell, she worked for the University of Denver Graduate School of Social Work investigating associations among juvenile delinquent, social environment, family interactions and mental health and substance abuse. She previously founded and was director of the Mesa State College AmeriCorps Project in Grand Junction and taught courses in sociology and human services.

Robin holds a bachelor of arts degree in sociology from Mesa State College, a master of arts in sociology from Utah State University and a Ph.D. in social work for the University of Denver.
