Robyn is the Founder and CEO of Girls On It, a platform focused on promoting, inspiring, and educating women entrepreneurs and executives in all industries. Robyn’s mission is to bring the global community of girls and women together by highlighting and acknowledging the individuals, organizations, and companies that support them.

Robyn has over a decade of experience working as a makeup artist, educator, sales and business development manager for such companies as M.A.C., Stila, Molton Brown USA, Inc, and Dr. Jessica Wu Cosmeceuticals. From 2006 to 2008 she was the Managing Director for Converdge Corp. (now Cloud Nine), one of the leading social community platform developers. She not only helped to run the company, but assisted in landing some of their top clients, such as Mashable, Media Post, and Disney/ABC. From 2008 to 2010, Robyn was involved with the Girls in Tech (GIT) organization as their Executive Managing Director, overseeing the Los Angeles chapter. She helped generate National attention for GIT with participation at the Web 2.0 Conference and Twiistup in 2009, as well as producing some of the most high-profile tech events in Los Angeles. During this same time, Robyn worked with Total Beauty Media, Inc., as a consultant focusing on their blog community and social media initiatives. She also consulted with Megsmakeup.com working on their sales, marketing, and business development initiatives. Robyn holds a B.A. from Concordia University in Montreal.
