Roxana Shaw
Roxana Shaw is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Counselor, Board Certified Physician Assistant with over 15 years experience, and busy mother of two. She has worked extensively at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia Presbyterian campus as a Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant, and later specializing in Pediatric and Fetal Cardiology. Ms. Shaw holds her Master's degree in P.A. studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is published in the fields of Robotic Cardiac Surgery, Fetal Cardiology and Fetal Echocardiography. Roxana believes in bonding Integrative and Western medicine, which provides the maximum therapeutic benefit to the patient. Being raised by her Dominican mother and Persian father provided Roxana a global perspective on the meaning of wellness, and as a Health Coach, Roxana maintains a passion for the prevention of chronic diseases and the creation of a personalized, functional foundation for wellness. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi.
