Roxie Sarhangi
Roxie Sarhangi is a "recovering" actress, entrepreneur, storyteller, publicist and forever artist who never goes a day without a good cup of coffee. She recently launched her own public relations and marketing firm, Roxie PR.

Her first play 2:00 am was chosen for the highly competitive New York City 15 Minute Play Festival. She wrote, acted, and directed the piece. From 2005 - 2010, her love for the arts moved her to create a highly acclaimed drama program for children, It is Time to Play... Drama! As the founder and lead teacher she used her innovative storytelling techniques and acting skills to combine literature and dramatic play.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature and Culture from UCLA and was one of the first entertainment reporters for UCLA Bruin News 29. Her professional and personal interests find her immersed in art and design, painting pictures, good food, and engaging in adventures that spark her insatiable curiosity and creative spirit.

My first "performance" was at Yosemite National Park. My sister and I were around nine and 10 years old. We decided to entertain ourselves with the night's campground gathering.
The park ranger announced to the crowd, "Whoever traveled the farthest will get a part in tonight's skit!"
