17 Days Left to Change the World!

Barack Obama, our president, put his entire presidency on the line during his first year in office to reform our broken health care system. After a long, hard-fought battle, he delivered on his campaign promise to create affordable health care that would give every American a chance to live a healthy and productive life.

We knocked on every door we could find to tell our friends and neighbors about a senator from Illinois. We called every one of our family members to ask them to join the campaign. We waited in line until the sun went down and wouldn't leave until we cast our votes. And when we won the presidential election that cold night in November of 2008, we knew that the victory alone would not be the change that we sought, but rather the chance for us to make that change.

President Barack Obama, our president, put his entire presidency on the line during his first year in office to reform our broken health care system. After a long, hard-fought battle, he delivered on his campaign promise to create affordable health care that would give every American a chance to live a healthy and productive life. Since its implementation, 4 million Americans have already signed up for health care, but we know our work is not done.

We have 17 -- seventeen, one-seven -- days left to encourage all of our friends, family, co-workers, roommates, teammates, coaches, cousins, nieces, aunties, uncles, girlfriends, boyfriends, husbands, wives, nieces, nephews, ex-girlfriends, ex-boyfriends, distant cousins, step-moms, step-dads, step-sisters, step-brothers, fraternity brothers, sorority sisters, Zach Galifianakis and his spider bites, yoga partners, and everyone else you can think to #GetCovered by going to healthcare.gov and signing up RIGHT NOW! Like drop everything you're doing, and tell everyone you know to sign up. Even if you're in a downward dog pose, take a breath, smile and go sign up!

I have called all of my friends, every rapper, athlete, artist, actor, director, writer, singer and even my yoga teachers, to spread the word, so look out for tweets, Facebook posts, Instagram photos, Snapchats, Pinterest boards and even MySpace pages. The last day for signing up for health care is March 31, which is 17 days away. So, that means we have 17 days left to change the world! In the words of Sean "Diddy" Combs, let's gooooooooooooo!
