College Students Take on Health Care Reform

What's Your Reaction:

All About Business (AAB), the youth financial literacy group, takes on the issue of health care reform. Who says that college students are not informed about current economic issues? Who says that college students need to be baited with "booty shake" videos or stories filled with celebrities just to retain interest? This is the future generation in action proving that they too have a voice.

Duwayne Garth, York College student and member of All About Business stated, "I was never really interested in politics until recently but there is too much at stake to not get involved this year. I may not be making any money now as I am in school, but I have a voice. Twenty years from now when I look back I want to know that I did something to make a difference, no matter how small. This is what our group is all about -- learning and making a difference."
