The United Nations has declared June 21 as International Day of Yoga. On the occasion, we are happy to bring you this video. It features prominent faces around the globe doing Namaskar, which is the simplest form yoga. By putting your hands together, you can bring harmony within yourself and with the world around you.

Yoga means Union. The simplest form of yoga is to put your hands together in Namaskar. Namaskar brings harmony between polarities within. Put your hands together in Namaskar and look upon someone or something with loving attention. In three to five minutes, you will begin to harmonize.
