Baked Buttermilk Fried Chicken

In this video, Sam Talbot demonstrates how to prepare a lighter version of fried chicken, first marinating it in buttermilk and then baking it for a crispy, golden finish. The coating is made from a combination of finely ground baked potato chips and cornflakes, which lend a sweet and salty crunch. Bake it for 40 to 55 minutes, and you're good to go!
