Why is the video titled "Yoga for Women"? I see nothing gender-specific about this.

yes, you are right, this is not a gender specific exercise--it's just how i label it in my youtube account because my specialty is women's yoga :)

yes, the strap adds some intensity. it's a very powerful stretch!

That's a nice routine.

I do similar moves, particularly for my rotator cuff for tennis, but I never thought about doing it with a strap.
