SARA K. GOULD is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Ms. Foundation for Women, the foundation engaged across the United States to build women's collective power to ignite change. Under her leadership, the Foundation builds the capacity of diverse women and their organizations to connect across issue area and geography, and with other social justice organizations. The Foundation delivers strategic grantmaking, capacity building and leadership development to organizations at local, state, Tribal and national levels working for policy and culture change in the broad impact areas of health, economic security, ending violence against women and democracy. With its long history of bringing the leadership and perspectives of women living on the margins of society to the center, the Foundation's support strengthens social change movements and brings our nation closer to attaining democratic ideals.
