The first one hundred days of Barack Obama's administration have come and gone and America is excited: we've got stimulus! We've got a puppy! But there's STILL one thing all American women want: Michelle Obama's super buff guns.
In "Target Women: Obama Arms," I explore the media's unbridled passion for our first lady's biceps, triceps and delts.
You can check out other "Target Women" segments every Thursday night during "infoMania" at 10 p.m. ET/PT and online at Current.com.

Any public figure who can spotlight healthy living is doing the right thing; if MO's working out gets the message out there, that's a good thing.
That said, I reeeeaaaally never got the idolization of masculinizing women's arms, and still don't. You hardly see a celeb woman without Baby Bump Biceps anymore, and frankly, I think it's ugly.
If you watch old movies or news footage, the most beautiful women of yesteryear had lovely, soft, feminine arms that looked great in sleeveless clothes. IMO, the BBB syndrome ruins the sleeveless look on women, as does the veiny, gnarly hands that come along with lifting to many weights (somehow MO has escaped this so far, she has nice hands.)
(Keep in mind that only a few short decades ago Iranian and Iraqi women were running around in mini-skits sans veils. I'm only saying, my ever vigilent sisters, this kind of prudish judgement is how every Taliban gets its start.)
Go, Michelle!
Lots of talk. Let's see if there is a national improvement in the next 4 years.
She's an obviously fit woman with curves. I'd kill to have her body - ESPECIALLY those arms!!
Women should build muscle AND endurance. We should strive to eat well. Physical fitness is day to day and a way to love ourselves. Lift weights, do push-ups and eat your vegetables. It all does a body good.
